The TOMS-Basic course is designed for EMS/Medical providers who desire entry level training in the practice of emergency medicine in austere or dangerous environments.
Although particularly suited for those EMTs currently serving on special operations teams, the basic principles of this program have wide applicability to any situation in which a care provider must practice under hostile, austere, and delayed transport conditions.
